Quick answer
Wrap a soft tape around the wrist area where you normally wear a bracelet. Keep it close to the skin without squeezing. Send us the wrist measurement and your preferred fit: close, comfortable or loose.
For Auralis custom requests, you can send a reference photo, color mood, birth date, Chinese element request or gift idea first. Wrist size can be confirmed before production.
1. The easiest way: use a soft measuring tape
Wrap
Wrap the tape around the wrist area where you want the bracelet to sit.
Keep it close
Keep the tape close to the skin, but do not pull it too tight.
Send the number
Send the wrist size in centimeters or inches with your custom request.
2. No measuring tape? Use paper, string or ribbon
If you do not have a soft tape, use a strip of paper, string, ribbon, or another flexible item. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the meeting point, then lay it flat against a ruler.
- Write down the exact wrist measurement.
- Take a photo of the marked strip if you want help checking it.
- Tell us if you prefer a close, comfortable or loose fit.
3. Choose your bracelet fit
The wrist measurement is the starting point. The final bracelet size also depends on how you like the bracelet to feel.
Best for a bracelet that stays closer to the wrist. Add very little extra room.
Good for daily wear. Add about 0.5 to 1 cm depending on bead size and preference.
Best if you like more movement. Add around 1 to 1.5 cm, or tell us you prefer a loose fit.
4. What if this is a gift?
If you are buying for someone else and do not know the exact wrist size, tell us it is a gift. Helpful details include whether the recipient usually has a small, medium or larger wrist, and whether the bracelet should feel close or loose.
“This is a birthday gift. I am not sure about wrist size, but she usually wears small bracelets. I prefer a comfortable daily fit.”
5. Common wrist measurement mistakes
- Measuring over a watch or sleeve instead of directly around the wrist.
- Pulling the tape too tight and making the bracelet uncomfortable.
- Sending only “small” or “medium” without any note about fit preference.
- Forgetting to mention if the bracelet is a gift.
6. What to send with your custom request
To make the quote easier, send these details when available:
- Wrist size in cm or inches
- Preferred fit: close, comfortable or loose
- Reference photo or color mood
- Birth date or Chinese element request, if relevant
- Gift purpose and delivery country
“Hi Auralis Jewelry, I would like a custom crystal bracelet. My wrist size is __ cm. I prefer a comfortable fit. I can also send a reference photo or color mood.”
FAQ
How do I measure my wrist for a custom crystal bracelet?
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the part of your wrist where you usually wear a bracelet. Keep it close to the skin, read the number, and send that wrist measurement with your custom request.
What if I do not have a measuring tape?
Use a strip of paper, string, ribbon, or charging cable. Wrap it around your wrist, mark where it meets, then lay it flat against a ruler.
How much extra room should I add?
For a close fit, add very little extra room. For a comfortable daily fit, add about 0.5 to 1 cm. For a loose fit, add around 1 to 1.5 cm. If you are unsure, send your wrist size and preferred fit before quote confirmation.
Can I send my wrist size later?
Yes. You can start with a reference photo, color mood, birth date, Chinese element or gift idea first, then confirm wrist size before production.
